San Antonio Immigration Appeals Lawyer
Has your immigration case been denied? Do you have questions regarding how to appeal your case?
If you’re facing deportation proceedings and need representation, if your case has been appealed, or if you need help filing an emergency stay of removal, contact the Law Offices of Bell & White.
If you are unsatisfied with a court’s bond decision or if you have been ordered to leave the United States, you still have one more option. Upon receiving the judge’s final decision regarding your immigration issues, you have to reserve appeal. Then you have 30 days to file a Notice of Appeal and send it to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). If the NOA is not received within 30 days of the judge’s decision date, the court order becomes final.
Immigration to the United States is a dream of many people but that dream can be ruined by a denial, rejection or refusal by immigration officials.

The Law Offices of Bell & White are specifically designed to respond quickly and accurately, while maintaining maximum flexibility for changing circumstances. We offer free consultations, and a staff fluent in English and Spanish as part of our commitment to the timely, cost-effective achievement of your goals.
